Vicki’s serving tips & tricks:

1. See your table right away and if you can’t, make eye contact and tell them you’ll be right with them. 🍳 

2. Get the bill to your customers right away. People don’t want to wait to leave. ☕️ 

3. Hands full in; hands full out. People don’t want to sit in front of empty plates. 🥓 

4. Always suggestive sell and upsell. You’re doing your restaurant a disservice if you don’t. 🍽️ 

5. When offering refills, use the name of the beverage. 🧃

Personally, I never bring water to anyone unless they ask for it.
