OCD/ADHD

If I had to diagnose myself, I wouldn’t say I’m bipolar. I’d say I have OCD and ADHD. Every time I leave my apartment, I do a ritual to make sure I’ve locked my door. I can’t pay attention to something for more than 2 seconds. It’s why I gave myself the screen name “attndisorders”.

My minute OCD and ADHD doesn’t bother me. I am barely affected. The ritual thing could be because of the double robbery. The double robbery occurred in the winter of 2022. It was in which all my electronics and make-up got stolen out of my house that I rented in Vanier. Needless to say, I’ll never live in Vanier again.

Anyway, I think I have OCD or ADD or some sort of mild forms of them, at least. I’m no doctor and no one has diagnosed me with either of those, however. 👩‍⚕️
