7 Wellness Habits That Stuck
- Going to bed between 8 pm and 9 pm daily
- Eating oatmeal for breakfast
- Flossing my teeth
- Waking up at 5
- Not procrastinating about anything

- Lifting weights twice per week
My bedtime as a kid was 9. That one’s easy. It comes naturally to sleep around then for me. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I have a strong routine in my oatmeal consumption.
Flossing my teeth is critical. Waking up at 5 is consistently a beautiful thing.
I never procrastinate. I like to get things done. I live in the moment, I don’t think about the future or the past too much. And lastly, I lift weights. It’s good for the soul.
