Gummies

These are the multi-vitamins I take in gummy form. They were recommended to me by my trainer. The Omega 3 ones have DHA, which improves learning ability. The hair, skin and nails ones have collagen in them. Collagen does a lot of good things like allowing more oxygen and nutrients to reach your hair roots, and strengthening your skin and nails. I've never felt better. Fun fact: I don't keep the lids because I like stale gummies. 😉 Highly recommend.
