My favourite time of day

After work, I usually hang out at my parent's house for like 2-3 hours. Then I drag myself home to spend the evening alone. I turn on all my lights: 3 string lights, one lava lamp and one galaxy light. Since it's December, I spark up the Christmas tree.

I divide my time between enjoying the silence, playing Spotify or sometimes watching How It's Made or Wheel of Fortune or Shark Tank. Those are my favourite shows. My favourite time of day is nighttime, but I love mornings, too. Like, super early mornings. Today I woke up at 4:30 am, for example.

The best way to spend time is alone, if you ask me. You don't have to answer to anyone, you can think your own thoughts, and enjoy what you like doing. Being alone is something I have gotten used to.
